Your Role: As a
Data Analyst, Growth and Enablement, you will:
- Collect and clean raw data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Build and develop structured datasets, automated dashboards, and interactive visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Perform analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance drivers that support strategic business decisions.
- Create automated workflows for recurring reporting tasks using tools like Google Apps Script, Python, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation (joins, aggregations, window functions).
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience using Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in automation using Google Apps Script or VBA.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance practices, and detailed methodology documentation.
