Meralco is looking for Data Analysts for Data Management and Analytics Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in facilitation of field survey and audits and digitization of discrepancies between field and system data in support of the Customer First data quality improvement initiatives, specifically error detection, correction, and quality assurance
Investigation and analysis of non-conformances and generation of corrective and preventive solutions (Problem Analysis and Solutions Formulation)
Scripting (SQL, R, Python) for Data Profiling, Data Mining, Data Extraction, Data Engineering
Generation of facilities for survey and related documents
Monitoring and consolidation of submitted reports (field work and digitization)
Generation of reports (eg field results/ findings, accomplishments performance)
Conduct of quality assurance through random audits (via table and field audits)
Lead coordination meetings to discuss issues and concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a BS Degree in Management Science (Industrial Engineering), Mathematics (or Statistics), Business Intelligence & Analytics, Management of Information Systems, or Management
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in data analytics, preferably in utilities or energy market industry
Proficiency in Microsoft programs particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent attention to detail
Effective corporate communication skills
Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
