Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data and business metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics to measure business success.
Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of operational issues through data analysis and recommend timely corrective actions.
Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare feasibility studies, impact assessments, and business process documentation to support operational enhancements and initiatives.
Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize the utilization of products, services, and business resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives, improve operational performance, and achieve organizational goals.
Identify operational risks and provide recommendations to strengthen controls and mitigate potential issues.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by validating data sources and maintaining high-quality reporting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is preferred.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience

At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support business performance monitoring.
Proven experience in analyzing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is highly preferred.
Experience in the healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support business initiatives.
