Job Summary
The Data Analyst will be supporting the BI Manager in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources, ensure data integrity, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize data systems and databases for efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights clearly.
- Business Insights: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business strategies and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years work experience, FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in one programming language (Python or R) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
