This role works closely with business teams to standardize metrics, build dashboards, and generate insights, while ensuring consistency and reliability of data across the organization.
The Data Analyst acts as a bridge between business and data, helping teams understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
- Compile and analyze data related to business issues
- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field with relevant experience welcome to apply
- 2–3 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, consulting, or similar roles
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) required
- Strong database experience required (e.g. SQL)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures
