Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Pasig. The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational and logistics data to support business decision-making. The role involves building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve delivery performance, customer experience, and cost efficiency. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and supports ongoing performance monitoring. The role also includes maintaining data quality, documenting methodologies, and presenting results in clear, accessible formats for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design analyses, build models, and validate results.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present data findings clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• Experience with SQL or other query languages and basic programming for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment are essential.
