Your Day-to-Day
- Support portfolio governance, execution tracking, and reporting activities across technology initiatives.
- Partner with Technology Leads, Managers, and stakeholders to track priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate recurring governance activities, meetings, deliverables, and portfolio reviews.
- Maintain portfolio, resource, architecture, and operational data in tools such as Azure DevOps and other systems of record.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and leadership-ready summaries to support decision-making.
- Support roadmap planning, resource management, workforce planning, and portfolio prioritization activities.
- Assist with architecture governance, CMDB updates, technology inventories, and related documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with governance standards, and alignment with portfolio management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, transparency, and execution effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, project governance, IT operations, business analysis, or execution support.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Targetprocess, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or similar portfolio, reporting, and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with incomplete information, and effectively coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting portfolio reporting, governance processes, data analysis, and leadership reporting.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Excel.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO), portfolio metrics, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of portfolio planning, strategic prioritization, resource management, and capacity planning.
- Experience supporting technology roadmaps, architecture governance, CMDB, or data quality initiatives.
- Exposure to process automation, workflow improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Setup
- Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)
- Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
