- Support the team in requirements analysis, system support, and release management across regional product and operations initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into analytical and product requirements
- Apply AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g. natural language querying, insight generation, text analysis) to explore data, identify patterns, and generate first-pass insights
- Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance, with guidance from senior analysts
- Assist in testing, validating, and improving analytical workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly to support decision-making and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured questions and actionable steps
- Comfortable working with data and learning new analytical tools prior experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus but not mandatory
- Curious about using AI tools to enhance analysis, efficiency, and insight quality
- Able to explain findings clearly and logically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable experimenting in a dynamic environment
- Full-time internship availability preferred (3-6 months)
