You own the systematic evaluation of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring every account is analyzed and reported on a strict six-week cycle. This is a high-precision role where you translate raw data into actionable insights according to established parameters set by senior leadership.

You operate within a structured delivery environment, maintaining tracking systems and databases to monitor portfolio performance. This role is best suited for analytical professionals who value meticulous attention to detail, thrive on meeting recurring deadlines, and prefer working within defined methodologies rather than speculative environments.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 23 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on responsibility for managing large datasets and producing detailed analytical reports/presentations.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting.
• Experience operating within regulated environments or industries with strict compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ability to maintain a 6:00 AM3:00 PM shift in a 100% WFH environment.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Advanced certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Experience developing automated reporting systems or data pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Prior exposure to portfolio management systems

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Portfolio Analysis & Monitoring

You own the integrity of the client review cycle, ensuring no account in the portfolio goes unexamined for more than six weeks.

• Conduct systematic analysis of all clients based on Director-led parameters
• Maintain accurate records of all performed analyses and tracking systems
• Identify anomalies and patterns to support strategic decision-making

Reporting & Data Quality

You translate complex findings into clear, factual outputs that drive executive visibility.

• Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for the Business Manager
• Collaborate with leadership to refine analytical methodologies
• Develop databases to monitor ongoing portfolio performance

Compliance & Standards Adherence

You ensure all analytical work aligns with regulatory requirements and company-specific methodologies.

• Adhere strictly to analytical standards and established protocols
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting streams
• Execute ad hoc analysis requests with high precision and speed
