Job Description


Role: Data AnalystJob Description

Support the management of the portfolio with data collection, data entry, analysis, summary, recommendations monitoring and reporting that helps drive problem solving and leadership transparency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the use of the Clarity PPM tool with request execution - transaction data entry, Resource addition requests, financial data entry  
  • Support the use of the Clarity PPM tool with user-facing support through request intake and resolution communication  
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Clarity PPM system to effectively deliver on support requests 
  • Manage portfolio dashboard to communicate progress and health of the portfolio at the initiative as well as the portfolio level.  
  • Possess good understanding of analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to drive historical data trends, volume analysis, visual representations of key portfolio drivers and ongoing measurements/outcomes. 
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems 
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets 
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities 
Qualifications
  • PPM tools - Clarity specific experience or similar  
  • Experience in organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures 
  • 3-5 years of experience using strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Power BI, Data Analytics and Demand Modeling experience. 
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings 
  • Comfortable using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs 
  • Prepare reports and presents for management 
  • Identify and recommend new ways to add efficiency by streamlining business processes 
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements 
  • Dependable

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree with related experience or Master's in related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
