Position Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. This role ensures data integrity through regular validation, quality checks, and collaboration with various departments. The Data Analyst also supports process improvement initiatives and assists in training new team members on data management procedures and software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Data Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure data integrity.
- Training: Assist in training new staff on data entry protocols and software usage.
Required Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel), and database management systems. Jobdiva knowledge is a plus
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying issues and proposing solutions effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including transitioning from day shift to night shift as required.
