Data Management: Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
Data Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure data integrity.
Training: Assist in training new staff on data entry protocols and software usage.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel), and database management systems. Jobdiva knowledge is a plus
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying issues and proposing solutions effectively.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
