Job Requirements

- Experience maintaining reports, databases, and business records.
Preferred- Experience in airline, travel, hospitality, or sales support environments.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge of GDS, PCC management, or travel industry distribution channels.
- Understanding of sales operations, trade marketing, or commercial support functions.
Working Conditions- Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

- Occasional travel may be required for business meetings, training, or industry events.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools to support sales and trade activities.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights, forecast performance, and support business decision-making.
- Develop, build, and maintain airline sales and operational reports.
- Collaborate with the Trade Support team, Headquarters, Regional Offices, and global teams to support commercial initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and supporting documentation for corporate customers and travel partners.
- Create and distribute sales and trade communications, including route announcements, policy updates, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain and update agent, corporate, and trade partner databases.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure trade website content remains accurate and up to date.
- Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.
Trade & Sales Support- Maintain agent distribution databases, contact lists, and agency mapping information.
- Manage Pseudo City Codes (PCCs) across Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Maintain product listings by agency and ensure alignment with fare filing and distribution strategies.
- Provide product updates and key communications to trade partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support the review and approval process for corporate deals, new IATA numbers, and PCC requests.
- Develop and maintain proposal guidelines, approval workflows, and trade brand standards.
Systems & Reporting- Manage and maintain Salesforce, Freshdesk, and other sales support systems.
- Drive the transition of manual CRM processes into Salesforce.com to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Download, analyze, and distribute monthly flown performance reports.
- Track, log, and manage product updates and enhancements.
- Calculate and process ORC payouts for Sales Representatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
