Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing and maintaining customer and territory data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Analyst to support reporting, analysis, and key business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced in working with CRM systems and BI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer and territory data enrichment, validation, and cleanup from multiple data sources
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Analysts to support data review, reporting, and business requirements
- Conduct data cleansing activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Analyze sales territories and coverage to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update sales hierarchy, including new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Assess sales channel coverage to ensure effective campaign and opportunity allocation
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for standardized data processes
- Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and uniqueness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
