We are looking for Data Analysts for our e-Commerce platform who are adept in MS Excel. Having proficiency in Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation can give you an edge. You need a very fine eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various sources using advanced Excel functions
- Create and audit product listings on Amazon & Shopify
- Prepare reports and identify discrepancies
- Ensure compliance and propose process improvements
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, shortcuts)
- Good English communication
- Graduate of Business or IT-related course
- Detail-oriented and can work independently
- Willing to work shifting/graveyard schedules during peak seasons
- Willing to relocate if residing outside Cebu/Talisay/Mandaue or Baybay City, Leyte
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1+ year of Excel experience is a plus
