Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational datasets and generate regular reports on system performance, user interactions, and key metrics

.Excel Mastery: Utilize Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques to organize, clean, and interpret complex data effectively

.Knowledge Base Support: Assist in structuring and evaluating data related to our extensive knowledge base to support continuous optimization and evaluation efforts

.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Knowledge Management Specialists to align data reporting with internal documentation and service improvement initiatives
