We're expanding our Analytics team and are hiring at both Associate and Manager levels, depending on experience and fit. Whether you're early in your analytics career or already leading strategic initiatives, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as strategic business partners to key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, product/tech, operations,
network development), identifying analytical needs to support data-driven decision-making;
Leverage in-depth industry knowledge to draw relevant insights
- Analyze, integrate and synthesize data from various sources to generate actionable insights
- Communicate analytical findings and insights to influence business partners towards recommended actions
- Establish and implement appropriate performance evaluation metrics and reporting frameworks to assess and monitor the effectiveness and impact of recommended actions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or any similar platform.
- Experience with data visualization tools such (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- In-depth understanding of statistical methodologies and their practical applications in business context.
- Strong client service orientation can help in building relationships that inspire confidence and trust
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLUS SKILLS)
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of ETL processes or data engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy.
