Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work with our telco data to support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has experience working with telco datasets such as CDRs and subscriber data, and can translate complex data into actionable insights.
Remote with Periodic onsite in Makati/Manila
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large telecommunications datasets including Call Detail Records (CDRs), usage data, billing data, and network KPIs
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor network performance, service quality, customer behavior
- Identify patterns and anomalies in traffic, latency, drops, throughput, and usage
- Support customer segmentation, campaign performance measurement
- Automate recurring reports and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Perform data validation and ensure consistency across multiple telco data sources
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, numpy), R, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly using data visualization and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Understanding of telco concepts and call center metrics
- Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations relevant to telco data
