Data Analyst
Location: Pasay City
Work Set Up: Hybrid | Night Shift
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Transformation Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing operational data, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business and operational data requirements
- Design and maintain scalable data models and SQL queries
- Perform data preparation, analysis, and trend identification from structured datasets
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
- Identify data issues, performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
- Support KPI tracking, monthly reporting, and executive-level insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and support data-driven problem resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and data governance standards
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analytical tasks as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, optimization)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred / Advantageous:
- 2+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles
- Experience in data modeling, ETL, or analytics engineering
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Exposure to Python or R for analytical tasks (nice to have)
- Experience working with operational or financial datasets
