Are you a data wiz who can turn complex datasets into compelling visual stories We are looking for a Dashboard Developer to join our team in Ortigas. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence the strategic decisions of our business, operations, and compliance leaders.
What You'll Do- Visualize & Analyze: Develop regular and ad-hoc business dashboards, reports, and MIS. You'll be the bridge between raw data and actionable KPIs.
- Drive Decisions: Provide data-driven insights that empower stakeholders to monitor performance against goals and make vital business moves.
- Optimize & Automate: Hunt for opportunities to automate data pipelines and report generation. You'll also rationalize existing reportsif it doesn't add value, we improve it or remove it.
- Ensure Integrity: Maintain a high standard of work by proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies before they reach the stakeholder's desk.
What We're Looking For- The Toolkit: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and strong SQL skills.
- The Mindset: An analytical thinker who doesn't just build reports but seeks to understand the why behind the numbers.
- The Discipline: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability: Ready to work Full Onsite in Ortigas and start as soon as possible.
