Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Ortigas
Schedule: Night shift
Job description:
The primary function of this role will be to:
- Build and maintain indoor DAS network design deliverables for incorporation into customer proposals
- Intake and understand design requirements from the company's engineering & sales teams based on customer feedback and due diligence
- Leverage supplied site deliverables (site plans in CAD, PDF, PNG, etc.) to build 3D models in iBwave with appropriate assumptions for material loss and reflectivity
- Place and optimize pertinent network infrastructures (radios, antennas, cables, etc) to achieve provided coverage / performance design objectives
- Develop and quantify network integration scopes (port matrix, bill of materials, cable lengths, network topologies (layer 1)
- Publish design deliverables to the team and incorporate pertinent feedback
- Archive and retain design files in an organized fashion
- Support the sales and engineering teams with other ad-hoc design related requests
Preferred Capabilities:
- CCNA or equivalent experience
- CBRS (Band 48) private cellular experience
- Visio, Lucid Chart or Draw.io experience
- PowerPoint experience
- Excel experience
- Google Earth Pro experience
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- iBwave design experience
- Indoor Public Cellular DAS (RF) design
- CAD and PDF source file upload
- Basic understanding of radio classes, antennas, RF patterns, and antenna gain
