About The Role
As a D365FO Functional Consultant, you will be an integral part of a scrum team, collaborating with colleagues across various locations. The role involves a balance of 3rd-level support, design, documentation, and configuration for both minor enhancements and larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.
Design, configure, and document minor enhancements.
Design, configure, and document features for larger projects and programs.
Success Criteria
Deliver high-quality work on time.
Demonstrate curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset in problem-solving.
Stakeholder Relationships
Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders.
Work closely with IT teams.
Engage with external vendors and partners at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Navision, AX, or D365FO.
Strong understanding of supply chain modules and processes, including warehousing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and returns.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in driving change management.
