Job Qualifications:

Experience of minimum 3-4 full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365

F&O SCM Solutions

Gathering, understanding, analysing business processes to re-engineer/design the

solution improving operational efficiency

Having a good knowledge of D365 F&O - SCM modules while holding certifications in

the most current MBA versions

Set up and configure SCM modules-processes like Sales & Marketing / Procure to Pay

/ Order to Cash / Master Planning / Adv. Warehouse Management & Inventory

modules are added advantages.

Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes
Drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
Performing functional support tasks for D365 F&O application maintenance and
operations
Collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing /
implementing best suitable solution
Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and
enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features
Articulate solutions to business and testing for business acceptance and accuracy
Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference/training material for
key or end users
Configure security, access controls, processes, and options.
Perform data mapping/management and assist in data migration.
Validate and support the solution.
Excellent communication skill both written / verbal
Must have ability to work and interact with international customers independently
Must have good analytical and logical thinking
Solution Testing / Unit Testing for business acceptance and accuracy
Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks
Active involvement in Master Data validation, cut-over and go-live activities
Open for travel
