Job Description
We are looking for a senior D365 F&O Solution Architect to design and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions. The role requires strong architecture, functional consulting, integration, and stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and solution workshops.
- Prepare and review functional design documents.
- Design solutions for gaps, integrations, and customizations.
- Present solutions to business leaders, users, developers, and architects.
- Guide functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage solution risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
- Work with senior stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Support implementation, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of Dynamics AX, Axapta, or D365 F&O experience.
- Strong Finance and/or Supply Chain solutioning experience.
- Previous Solution Architect or functional leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and integrations.
- Experience with Fit-Gap Analysis and functional design documentation.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Nice to Have
- Industrial or MRO industry experience
- Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics background
- Global D365 F&O implementation experience
- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
