What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based integration solutions using Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and REST APIs.
- Develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions including plug-ins, workflows, integrations, and custom components.
- Support and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations environments.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support efficient and reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality business solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Dynamics 365, Azure integration services, and enterprise applications.
- Support application lifecycle management activities including deployments, release management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Work across Dataverse, Field Service, enterprise integrations, and cloud-based application platforms.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years experience developing and supporting Azure integration services, including Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Service Bus within enterprise environments.
- At least 5+ years experience developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and enterprise-scale CRM environments is highly regarded.
- Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Power Platform development.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of at least one day onsite and four days work-from-home per week.
