Your Role
As a
D365 Business Central Functional Support Analyst, you will:
- Actively participate in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring alignment with Commercial business goals and objectives.
- Participate in the design of software systems, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Build software solutions that fulfill business requirements using D365 CE development best practices.
- Develop code required as part of the D365 CE ecosystem.
- Carry out regular security and performance checks.
- Identify and implement solutions for security threats, viruses, errors, and performance issues that may impact system functionality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development methodologies.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of D365 Business Central.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the Commercial Applications ecosystem.
- Experience in issue investigation and resolution.
- Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience in systems administration.
- Experience in application testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of software security, scalability, and performance optimization best practices.
