Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Cylinder Management Supervisor to oversee cylinder inventory operations across multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, monitor cylinder movements, reconcile inventory variances, supervise inventory personnel, and ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of Cylinder Controllers.
• Ensure accurate physical inventory counts and inventory records.
• Monitor and reconcile cylinder inventory variances.
• Prepare and consolidate daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor cylinder availability and inventory balances across assigned plants.
• Validate cylinder movements, including transfers, returns, repairs, requalification, and disposal.
• Conduct regular plant visits to verify inventory and operational compliance.
• Review inventory-related documents and support operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
• Experience in Accounting, Inventory Control, Inventory Reconciliation, or Warehouse Operations is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related operations.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP, ERP, or other inventory systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to different plant locations.
• Applicants who do not know how to drive are welcome to apply. A driver's license is not required.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

• ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 (depending on qualifications and relevant experience)
