Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Commercial Growth
- Develop and deliver the overarching strategy for cybersecurity services, aligned with business performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Define partnership and monetization strategies, including pricing frameworks and commercial policies to support global negotiations and expansion.
- Portfolio Management & Product Development
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity products-from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and retirement.
- Manage a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and application security.
- Cross-functional Orchestration
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, sales, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of cybersecurity services.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and orchestrate execution across departments and geographies.
- Innovation & Market Differentiation
- Create breakthrough models and service innovations that position the company as a leader in cybersecurity within the international telco space.
- Drive synergy between inbound and outbound business units to deliver unified, value-driven customer experiences.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to commercial and technical managers, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Champion cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in cybersecurity product management, with exposure to technologies such as network, endpoint, cloud, and application security.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centers.
- Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Familiarity with ITIL, TM Forum, and TSIA frameworks.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
