About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineering Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of security architectures and controls across our enterprise. This role provides technical leadership, improves security posture through automation and integration, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise security architecture for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Oversee network and infrastructure security, including segmentation, firewalls, Zero Trust, and secure connectivity.
- Automate security workflows, playbooks, and integrations to streamline operations.
- Evaluate systems for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security controls and capabilities.
- Act as a senior technical mentor and collaborate with IT, SOC, DevOps, and architecture teams.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex engineering and security issues.
Qualifications
- Strong background in cybersecurity engineering, network security, and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint security tools.
- Skilled in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, APIs).
- Proven leadership and the ability to guide engineers and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
