What you'll do:
As a CyberArk Technical Consultant in Makati, you will advise enterprise clients on privileged access management using Palo Alto Idara (CyberArk). You'll lead technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, while supporting partners and clients throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with IT and security teams, you'll design tailored solutions, explain complex concepts clearly, and help integrate PAM into business workflows.
- Serve as a specialist and architect for Palo Alto Idara (CyberArk), providing deep technical insight into privileged access management solutions.
- Assist in demand creation activities by participating in customer visits, delivering technical presentations, and conducting demonstrations that articulate the business value of security solutions.
- Lead and deliver proofs of concept for Palo Alto Idara (CyberArk) solutions, ensuring clients understand the competitive advantages offered.
- Enable existing and new partners to drive licensing revenue by demonstrating the technical strengths of Palo Alto Idara products.
- Engage throughout all stages of the sales cycle, focusing on technical aspects from pre-sales qualification through services delivery to post-implementation customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance to client technology leadership teams regarding privileged identity management strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand product capabilities as well as client technical needs and concerns, ensuring alignment between solution offerings and requirements.
- Conduct both structured and ad hoc product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences including IT & Security teams.
- Work alongside IT & Security professionals to embed Privileged Access Management (PAM) into organisational workflows seamlessly.
- Demonstrate the competitive advantage of Palo Alto Idara (CyberArk) solutions through clear communication and practical examples.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise Privileged Access Management, Zero Trust, and least-privilege security across on-premises and cloud environments. A degree in IT or Computer Science and CyberArk CDE PAM certification are required. Strong communication, attention to detail, relationship-building, and a passion for learning and knowledge-sharing are essential.
- CyberArk Certified Deliver Engineer (CDE) PAM certification is mandatory for this position, ensuring you have proven expertise in privileged access management implementation.
- Between three to eight years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise CyberArk solutions across varied environments is required.
- A thorough understanding of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts such as Zero Trust architecture and least privilege principles is essential.
- Experience working with application security protocols, system virtualisation technologies, on-premises or hybrid cloud computing models, as well as cloud identity & security systems is highly desirable.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline provides the foundational knowledge needed for success.
- Effective communication skills—both oral and written—are crucial for presenting complex ideas clearly to clients and colleagues alike.
