Cyber Security Engineer (Senior Manager)

We are hiring a senior technical leader (individual contributor) to drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity engineering initiatives. This role acts as a security architect-level expert, responsible for shaping strategy, designing and implementing controls, and leading critical programs to protect enterprise data, identities, and systems.

The position will focus on building and optimizing security capabilities across areas such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust (ZTNA), and endpoint security. The role also plays a key part in advancing secure AI adoption, strengthening enterprise security posture, and influencing standards and best practices across the organization.

This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, privacy, compliance) and external vendors, lead architecture and security assessments, and mentor engineers. Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise security tools, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and automation/scripting is essential, along with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
