Role Details
- Location: BGC, Taguig
- Shift: Mid-shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM MNL)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
What You'll Do
As a Lead Cyber Engineer, you'll act as the subject matter expert for security operations while leading a small but high-performing team.
You will:
- Lead daily SOC/SIEM operations (monitoring, investigations, reporting)
- Drive optimization of Microsoft Sentinel & Defender
- Oversee vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response
- Mentor and manage 2 Cyber Analysts, ensuring growth and delivery quality
- Support audit, governance, and risk management activities
- Promote security awareness across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in SOC/SIEM operations and cyber security leadership
- Deep expertise in vulnerability management (CVE, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Experience in threat analysis, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security architecture
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead teams
- Agile experience and strong communication skills
Certifications (Nice to Have): AZ-500, SC-200, CISM, CISMP, MS Intune
