Our Enterprise Oversight team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Cyber Fraud Investigations Head.
In this role, you will lead the identification, detection, mitigation, investigation, and recovery of cyber fraud incidents across the Bank's products and services. What The Role Will Entail
- Investigate and build cases related to cyber fraud incidents, including phishing, vishing, account takeovers, skimming, shimming, ATM/POS attacks, and other cyber-enabled threats.
- Monitor and coordinate the takedown of phishing sites, while conducting research and analysis on cyber threat artifacts such as malicious emails, URLs, social media accounts, and emerging attack vectors.
- Perform threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, and continuous research on cybercrime trends, banking threats, and threat actor activities.
- Conduct digital forensic examinations of devices and digital evidence, ensuring proper preservation and documentation for investigations and law enforcement requirements.
- Respond to and support the resolution of external cybersecurity incidents, collaborating with incident response teams and escalating cases as needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and law enforcement agencies to investigate cybercrime cases, strengthen fraud mitigation efforts, and provide recommendations to enhance the Bank's protection against external threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or any related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity operations, cyber threat management, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or related security disciplines is preferred.
- Proven experience in cybercrime investigations, fraud analysis, incident response, or digital forensic examinations.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack methodologies, and risk management principles, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, present findings, and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across business units, technology teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing emerging cyber risks.
