Overview
The Campaign Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the operational execution and management of customer value management (CVM) initiatives and loyalty programs. This position requires a mix of operational expertise, project management skills, and a keen understanding of customer engagement strategies.
Functions
- Operational Execution: Ensure the seamless execution of CVM campaigns and loyalty programs, meeting all operational requirements and timelines.
- Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CVM operations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for CVM initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of CVM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all CVM activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, marketing operations, or a related are, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex operational processes and cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software
Preferred:
- Experience in the telecom or related industry with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention.
- Certification in project management or operations management.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to support operational decision-making
