.Provide accurate information, updates and status of the shipments.
.Coordinates with operations on delivery requirements
Customs Clearance Management
.Examine the documents being turned over if in accordance with the requirement of Bureau of Customs
.Check completeness of the required document
.Ensures that all documents received are properly covered by Shipping Instructions/SOP
.Identify necessary clearance mode to be performed on the shipment
.Prepares the all documents needed for filing
.Turnover documents for processing with Customs
.Books shipment to CTG and coordinate the required vehicle to be used in undertaking the shipment.
.Coordinates with function unit regarding special instruction for the shipments
.Assist Supervisor in monitoring status of shipments and coordinate with function unit
.Prepares and updates daily monitoring report
.Controls and maintains job file as well as its reference
.Turnover all necessary documents needed for billing
