Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats for travel and accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide real-time assistance for hotel reservations, flight changes, visa support, and loyalty program queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors with clear documentation.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel packages, premium memberships, and ancillary services when appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least a senior high school graduate
  • With 1 year customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
