Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats for travel and accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide real-time assistance for hotel reservations, flight changes, visa support, and loyalty program queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors with clear documentation.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel packages, premium memberships, and ancillary services when appropriate.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least a senior high school graduate
- With 1 year customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
