Job Description
The Director of the Customer Transformation team is responsible for leading client-facing strategic engagements that address critical customer engagement challenges in large enterprises. This role serves as the senior advisor on customer strategy, bridging business needs with Globe's solutions across digital and legacy platforms. The Director ensures end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements, manages a lean team of strategists, and translates insights into transformation roadmaps, thereby supporting enterprise revenue growth and client retention.
Duties And Responsibilities
Strategy Planning
- Leads the scoping and design of transformation engagements tailored to enterprise client contexts
- Conducts executive workshops and discovery sessions to diagnose customer pain points
- Translates insights into actionable strategies and initiatives aligned with Globe's capabilities
Strategy Advisory
- Leads the creation of customer journey maps and engagement blueprints for clients undergoing change
- Advises on new operating models and value propositions across the customer lifecycle
- Provides ad hoc studies and executive presentations to support enterprise client decisions
Strategy Execution
- Oversees the execution and delivery of strategic engagements across sectors
- Coordinates with internal sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure client alignment
- Embeds mechanisms for knowledge transfer, implementation planning, and client handoff
Governance
- Ensures that client engagements meet strategic quality, delivery milestones, and reporting requirements
- Leads internal governance forums to align on engagement performance and learnings
Requirements
- 7-10 years in top-tier management consulting, enterprise strategy, or CX transformation advisory
- Proven track record engaging C-level clients and leading consulting-style engagements
- Strong ability to manage executive clients and cross-functional teams
- Proven success in delivering strategic advisory engagements
- Commercial acumen and exposure to digital solutions or B2B offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields (required)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation, or Strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Strategy, Design Thinking, or Executive Facilitation a plus
