- Graduate ofBachelor's Degreero One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 24 to 36 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willing to work on aNight shift (PH Time) Schedule
- Amenable to work FULLY onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
- At least 2 years ofcustomer service experience
- -withNetworking Fundamentals/ Background
- Handled international account
- Familiar withproper phone etiquette
- Experience withsetup and troubleshooting multiple Microsoft windows applications. Knowledge of wireless networking and setup
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
