Umbrella BPO is hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists to support US-based customers via live chat, email, and phone.
This role is best suited for professionals with strong English phone support experience, BPO backgrounds, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate with a team.

Contract Details
- Length: MarchAugust 2026 (6 months)
- Schedule: Full Time (40 hours / week) - US business hours
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: $3$6 USD/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via Zendesk live chat
- Manage email support tickets
- Handle outbound phone calls in English
- Troubleshoot product, account, and technical issues
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Document interactions clearly in Zendesk
- Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of customer support experience
- Professional English + phone support experience
- Experience supporting US customers
- Zendesk experience strongly preferred
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Availability during US business hours
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset
- Quiet work environment
