Salary Package: P23,670 + 15% Night Differential

Account: Canadian Financial Account

Qualifications:

• 6 months of International Voice account experience (required)

• Strong knowledge of U.S. banking products and

services

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and

customer service skills

• Experience with CRM and call-handling

systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, compliance-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple systems

• Willingness to work on-site with flexible
