Job Description

Role Title: Customer Support Specialist (Retail & Logistics), Fulltime, Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am to 4pm PHT)

What are we looking for

Skills Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
  • Strong customer service experience (calls, email, case handling)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (stores, warehouse, delivery teams)

Nice to Have:

  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics support
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Knowledge of order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
  • Familiarity with SOPs and process improvements
  • Understanding of customer protection/consumer policies

What will you do

  • Handle customer and store inquiries via phone and email
  • Support order and delivery processes, including booking and tracking deliveries
  • Assist with issues related to returns, refunds, repairs, and back orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse, stores, couriers, and internal teams
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide updates on product availability and lead times
  • Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and overall experience
