Role Title: Customer Support Specialist (Retail & Logistics), Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am to 4pm PHT)
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience in order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Strong customer service experience (calls, email, case handling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (stores, warehouse, delivery teams)
Nice to Have:
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics support
- Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Knowledge of order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Familiarity with SOPs and process improvements
- Understanding of customer protection/consumer policies
What will you do
- Handle customer and store inquiries via phone and email
- Support order and delivery processes, including booking and tracking deliveries
- Assist with issues related to returns, refunds, repairs, and back orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores, couriers, and internal teams
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide updates on product availability and lead times
- Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and overall experience
