We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients using our software platform.
This role is primarily chat-based, with occasional email and phone support as needed. You'll be interacting directly with clients, so clear and confident English communication is essential.
We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, think clearly, and explain things in a simple way.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support primarily through chat (with occasional email or calls if needed)
- Guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform
- Answer questions and troubleshoot common issues
- Explain features clearly and in simple terms
- Escalate more complex issues when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or BPO experience
- Experience supporting English-speaking customers
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required — you should be comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Able to explain things in a simple, step-by-step way
- Patient, helpful, and detail-oriented
