Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our support team and provide fast, reliable, and effective live chat support to our clients.

In this role, you will be on the front line of client communication — resolving inquiries, following established workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure issues are handled efficiently and accurately. This position is well suited for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven support environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide timely and accurate live chat support to clients.
  • Stay up to date with workflows, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and operational priorities.
  • Handle high-volume workloads while maintaining quality and performance standards.
  • Consistently meet defined KPIs and quality assurance metrics.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules, including overtime or holiday coverage when required.
  • Strictly follow assigned work schedules to ensure reliable coverage.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong written communication and comprehension skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or customer service (chat support preferred).
  • Experience in BPO or as a virtual assistant is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Sheets / Excel).
  • Familiarity with AI tools used to support productivity or customer service is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS shortcut keys is an advantage.
  • High level of reliability, discipline, and attention to detail.

TECHNICAL & WORK SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable primary internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection and backup device available for emergencies.
  • Desktop PC preferred over a laptop.
  • Dual-monitor setup preferred for efficient support handling.
