Job Description

Responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues related to supply chain activities while ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments to address customer needs, resolving order-related problems, and maintaining effective communication between customers and the supply chain team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  2. Receive and review customer orders.
  3. Provide support to customers by handling inquiries related to orders, shipments, inventory, and product availability.
  4. Process customer orders and track client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  5. Address and resolve any customers issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on order status and account performance.
  7. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
  8. Generate reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and other relevant data as needed.
  9. Collaborate with internal team such as supply chain, logistics, inventory, and sales teams to ensure smooth operation and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Undertakes special assignments or tasks related to order fulfillment as assigned by the management.
  11. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned as needed.
  12. Complies with the Company's Quality Management System.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of any course, preferably related to supply chain management or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Amenable to working on a shifting schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM).
