Your Role

As an AU Customer Care Co-Ordinator, you are responsible for:

Role Overview The Customer Care Coordinator delivers exceptional customer support across phone, email, and live chat. This role manages inquiries, resolves issues, coordinates logistics, and ensures a seamless customer experience while fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Management

  • Monitor and prioritise logistics tasks
  • Process requests promptly and provide stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate delays proactively
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks
  • Handle complaints to improve customer satisfaction

2. Customer Care Management

  • Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases
  • Oversee returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Ensure timely ticket resolution and accurate information

3. Reporting & Order Management

  • Maintain and update allocated reports
  • Review and approve online orders, including weekends

4. Ad Hoc Support

  • Perform additional tasks to support team and business needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous customer service or call center experience (retail, logistics, CS, or sales)
  • Experience with inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work rotating weekday or weekend shifts

Preferred:

  • Experience with Zendesk and NetSuite
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or furniture industry
