We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide exceptional customer support and deliver outstanding customer experiences for a global account.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and customer support through voice interactions
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, account management, billing, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Process customer requests and update customer records accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

We're Looking For:

• Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate.
• 0-17 months and above BPO voice experience in any account
• Experience in the foodservice or foodservice distribution industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Pangasinan.
