Job Description

The Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone support for Csr or IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when neede
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism

Qualifications

Ideal Profile:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • With at least 2 years Call Center Experience (CCE) in any account
  • OR 6 months1 year Technical Support experience
  • Freshers are welcome to apply (Must have Excellent Coms)
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice Support)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Clark
