What you'll do

You'll be the person our customers talk to. That means:

• Answering questions and solving problems via Intercom, WhatsApp, Slack, and video calls
• Walking customers through onboarding and tracking setup, and making the technical stuff feel easy
• Troubleshooting issues, verifying setups, and not letting go until things actually work
• Spotting patterns in feedback and passing ideas to the product and engineering team
• Confirming bugs, writing clear tickets, and helping test fixes

What you'll need

• Near-native English (spoken and written)
• Availability during US Eastern hours and a stable internet connection
• A basic feel for sales funnels and customer journeys
• Basic knowledge of the tools sales teams use — forms, schedulers, landing page builders
• Comfort with the technical side of support:

- Browser dev tools (Console + Network tab) for basic troubleshooting

- How cookies, sessions, ad-blockers, and privacy features affect tracking

- DNS basics — A/CNAME records, nameservers, Cloudflare

- Basic web/script implementation and debugging API, webhook, or automation issues (Zapier, Make, n8n)

- Experience with tracking platforms, ad pixels, or website builders is a plus — but attitude beats résumé every time.

Compensation

$2,000 – $2,800 USD/month, paid as a full-time contractor. Final offer depends on experience.
