Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support related to appointments, patient onboarding, billing inquiries, insurance verification, and general healthcare services
  • Accurately document interactions and updates in EMR/EHR or CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, billing, operations) to resolve patient concerns
  • Assist patients through required processes while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (healthcare-related background preferred)
  • Experience in customer support, healthcare administration, or patient services
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare documentation
  • Experience with calling patients/families for verbal consent, emailing and calling customers and outreaching for online units.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in healthcare, nursing, allied health, or medical administration
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
  • Experience supporting patients via text-based or digital platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
