We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Representative with HIPAA expertise and hands-on experience managing U.S. healthcare accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
  • Provide technical support for healthcare systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using tools like Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service to patients and providers.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in U.S. healthcare customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.
  • Experience in handling inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
  • Skilled in ticketing and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
