Job Description:
We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Representative with HIPAA expertise and hands-on experience managing U.S. healthcare accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
- Provide technical support for healthcare systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Manage and resolve tickets using tools like Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service to patients and providers.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in U.S. healthcare customer support.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.
- Experience in handling inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
- Skilled in ticketing and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
